LISTEN:First, we gather the information we need from you. This goes quickly and efficiently, thanks to our specially-designed questionnaires. If you need business insurance, often we will visit your location for a personal review and walk-through.
RESEARCH:Next, we analyze your information and review appropriate coverage options. Then we work to generate multiple quotes. Our close relationships with insurance carriers means we will talk directly to the underwriters, to efficiently handle any questions that may arise.
RECOMMEND:We go over the insurance options thoroughly with you, to be sure you understand the choices you're making. Once you're happy with your coverage, we'll do the application paperwork and submit it. At this time, we will also introduce you to your personal account manager.
MANAGE:Your account manager is always there to handle day-to-day updates, answer questions, and respond to claims should they arise. One of the account manager's jobs is to ensure you use your insurance wisely and get maximum value from your policy.
